Start of the Day
- The school day begins at 08:45 for Years 1–6
- The school day begins at 08:55 for Year R
- Parents are responsible for ensuring children arrive at their classroom on time
- Late arrivals must enter through the School Office and be signed in using our SignIn system
All children enter school through the cloakroom door and leave via their classroom door. Parents may briefly speak with KS1 and KS2 staff at drop-off, although this is not a time for extended conversations. Foundation Stage staff greet children at the gate and are available to speak with parents.
End of the Day
- Foundation Stage children finish at 15:05 and are handed directly to a named adult
- Year 1, 2 and 3 children finish at 15:15 and are also handed to a named adult
- Year 4, 5 and 6 children finish at 15:15 and are released from the classroom door
- Parents of older pupils must arrange a clear pick-up point
- Staff remain at the classroom door if children prefer to wait for their parent
After School Club
- Children attending After School Club are collected from their classrooms and registered by club staff
Late Collection
- Children not collected within 10 minutes of their finish time will be taken to the School Office
- Parents arriving late must collect their child from the School Office
- If collection is later than 15:30, children may be taken to After School Club for supervision
